I got a TRU Moccasin at clearance on Friday. Grabbed a can of primer and some Tamiya Italian Red and went to town. It looks great next to my convention Stinger! $20 bones vs. $150 bones. Just need to get a set of Python stickers from cobrastickers.com.

Vivid!

How did you do the canopy? Brush?

I bought one of those some time ago intending to customize it but was defeated by the canopy which is all one piece. No spray, no way. I'd have had to have painted the clear glass.

Glenn, go get some low-tack blue masking tape in the two inch size or wider (home depot or Lowes in the paint dept.). You just affix it to the windows and then use an xacto to cut around the window glass. Then you pull the off the tape that isn't on the window glass and spray. Be sure to affix tape to the UNDERSIDE of the glass as well or you'll get color on the underside of the glass and that would defeat the purpose. When it's dry you just use your xacto to cut around the window glass (just as before) and then use your knife to peel up an edge. They you just remove the tape carefully and you're done! Perfect spray!

Looks great. You're right, a few stickers and you will be set. I prefer customizing vehicles over figures.
