Hi all,
My name is Chris and I live in Frederick, Maryland. When I was a smaller Glumby I collected Joes from 82 – 87 and still have them all with me. Lost my entire 82 collection and some pieces here and there but still have a majority of everything released. I got my Flagg up and running but really haven’t had time to fill other holes in my vintage collection - it’s a work in progress.

Got back into Joes when the 25th line started and been collecting ever since. My main collection is focused on the 25th Anniversary line but I do have items from ROC and POC. I have become addicted to protos, cancelled items and mockups in the past couple years (thanks to Gyre) and been looking for new things to add to my collection every day. I have one glass display case in my house that contains my rarer items but everything else is wrapped and placed in plastic bins until I find a way to display them.

I hope to attend one of the cons in the next couple years to finally meet everyone but till then I stay busy with my wife and seven year old son. I have been working for the Federal Government for almost 15 years and my commute is about 9 minutes each way so I can’t complain. Glad to be a part of this forum and look forward to some good discussions.

Welcome aboard. I can't express how happy I am to see the new blood in here. The collecting hobby has a tendency to get ...incestious at times.

Glumby is good people. Welcome!

Hey Glumby, I used to live in Cumberland, Md. Nice to know that this state has a few more collectors. I met a few around Baltimore, but that was before this hobby really got big.
