Of all the great films, comics, tv shows and such, what do you think the Top TWO Great Rivalries are? For example...

Batman/Joker
Superman/Lex Luthor
Captain America/Red Skull
Dardevil/Kingpin
Cobra Commander/Duke
Snake Eyes/Storm Shadow
Spiderman/Green Goblin
Green Lantern/Sinestro

For me, I would have to say:

Snake Eyes/Storm Shadow due to the deep roots that bidn not only these two, but ultimately Cobra Commander, Zartan, Firefly and others depending on which continuity you follow.

Batman/Joker is also very interesting to me and I think Heath Joker's speech to Batman at the end of Dark Knight sums up their relationship and the fact they are destined to forever be at war until one side breaks their rules of engagement with the other.

Wolverine/Sabretooth
Professor X / Magneto
Optimus Prime / Megatron
Jedi/Sith
