I don't know about that, but the fact that there are feet at all suggests that it's not a Liefeld. :lol:

Thanks everyone! The artist was a guy named Kurt Groen, he was on the line mainly from 1990 to the end I believe. The character Tracker is named after his brother, and Kurt was the model for Big Bear's likeness, and has a ponytail like he did in the early 1990's. I met him at the 2004 Convention I believe, and he filled me in on this info. Bazooka is dated 11-29-91, and Mercer looks to not have been dated.
