Wasn't sure what to title this with all the speculation as to what they are.
But with Justin's info that these will most likely be discount figs... that's good enough for me.

Mmmm.. I think these are wonderful figures and it's possible people can speculate with them and sell them more expensive to foreign collector.. :(

The evidence of the fact that with the existing tooling and with low costs Hasbro can make good figures... only if they want.

For sure I would pick the whole wave but I would be glad if I could get Duke, Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow and Shipwreck. (Gary, pleaaaaaaasee XD )

I wouldn't be too concerned. If past history is any indication, little has shown up at the discount market that has proven to yield high values past the initial collector euphoria.
