I am terrible about buying stuff and letting it pile up before I open it, then when I finally get around to it I have FIFTEEN vehicles to label and since it amuses Hasbro these days to give bigger vehicles dozens of microscopic stickers to apply the pile just rises and rises.

One of my collecting goals is to get things opened and displayed within 2 days of purchase/arrival.

All the time. Especially if I receive things or purchase them in the middle of the week. During football season, it's not a big deal - I sit down to watch the games on Sundays and make a pile of vehicles at the couch. The rest of the year, I move a little more slowly. It gets even worse when I've army-built a vehicle, and I'm trying to find the motivation to label HISS tank #7...

Same here too. I just started on a pile of stuff I hadn't gotten around to opening yet. My favorite part is finding all the things I thought I needed more of, only to discover I had too many. I usually display my Cobras in groups of 5...I apparently own 8 Jungle Vipers for some reason, and we won't even get into the 3 Dustys I bought...more future custom fodder I guess.

stickers....maybe I'll get around to that someday too.

Oooooooh, yeah. When I moved from Indianapolis to St. Louis last spring, I had two big boxes of unopened G.I. Joe vehicles.

Now, most of them are opened, but I've found that I'm out of space in my Rubbermaid tubs to store them.

Opened stuff? What is that?

Not only am I a MOC/MIB collector, I am also a loose collector, and I am totally out of space to even open stuff. Someday ...

That is a HUGE problem for me these days. It seems like I have so many things going on in life that I often don't have a lot of free time to sit around opening stuff and figuring out where to put it. Ideally I'd wait to get stuff until I have time to enjoy it, but with today's toy market one pretty much has to purchase new stuff when you find it because otherwise you might never see it again.

Yesterday I was able to go through a lot of my unopened figures and vehicles from recent purchases, and I'm pretty much caught up for now on all of my collected lines. But, I'm sure my purchases will ramp up soon, and I'll be back to trying to keep up with the influx of stuff.

I haven't opened ANYTHING in months. Got a huge pile of stuff just sitting on my floor. I have no where to display it, so it stays in the boxes it came in.

UGH! Stickers, I shudder at the thought of how many stickers I need to apply

I do the exact same thing, either with watching the Brewers or watching a movie on Netflix. Makes it seem like I'm multi-tasking. :D
