So I just listened to the WOJM podcast from last week(hey give me a break I am on vacation) in the excited anticipation of this weeks or actually today's podcast and interview with SK Omega rep..I am ready for this line to be here..I think it will be a good kick for Hasbro or at least it will give us something that Hasbro is ignoring and telling us it wont sell..
Outside of that I am just ready for some new info and better pics or presentation of the final product(s) or a least a hint of a couple of figs and the helicopter!...gonna be a long day today!!!
well until Gyre-Viper dyes his head purple and starts telling everybody to call him Barney-Googles..........YO-JOE and gig-em SKO!

Hey thanks Gary!! Just got done listening...but I feel a little underwhelmed with the info...Pretty much all Chris said was stuff I have read previously on hisstank from the SKO defenders and friends. I was really hoping for some concrete info or even say something about getting the website going. I know that the naysayers on Hisstank are gonna blast the interview. Oh wait..he did say they are into or past the tooling stage for the figs and most of the vehicles,,,thats new!! :D
Anyway thanks for another great podcast...one of these days I may actually send you guys a question or comments...
Off topic...ya guys may want to not beat up on Hisstank too much because without them I never would've found you guys... for the most part the folks on the tank are not bad people its just like everything else, you get a handful of A@#holes on there that have no life or anythin else and all they do is piss on whatever is popular..but there are several SKO threads now and most people are for this line and are just anxious to see some concrete news!
Thanks again for the link and great podcast(even with the whole bathing w/Chuck feature)..

I think a lot of people are confusing "poking fun" as "beating up" in relation to HissTank. I can only speak for myself, but I am sure the other co-host will say something similar - I have a very healthy respect for HissTank, Fran, Erick and the rest of their staff - we are not singling them out to be mean. Lets look at this honestly. Right now HT is where the majority of SKO discussion is happening. As a result, HT is where you find the largest number of mistaken and misinformed community members. Like I said to Starfighter, it is less the site and more of the varied and sometimes off-base opinions on SKO. Truth be told, if crazy comments came from JoeCustoms or JoeCanuck or even here, they would just be as fair game too.

In terms of the lack of new info coming out of the interview... We know the community probably would have liked us to ask harder hitting questions. Chris is a friend of mine and what purpose would it serve to have him come on the show and we embarrass him? What kind of message would that send to any other potential interviewees? Why would anyone else come on the show then? At the very least you guys heard a confident voice representing the line. People are still going to believe what they want, so the goal was just clear up some misinformation. We kind of figured going in that if someone had a strong opinion against SKO, we probably were not going to convert them until the product actually launched.

Anyways, there ya have it. Hope this helped.

I understand your points on the SKO Rep-Chris...and I agree with ya on pretty much everything, and even the fact about the hardcore haters..
Thanks for your input again!!
