I joined a while ago but am only now getting to the mandatory intro post. I apologize for the delay.

I've been a lurker in the community going back to 2002, posting mostly on Joecustoms (several years ago) and JoeDios. I haven't been posting much lately because a busy job and three kids take up a lot of my freetime and usually someone else can say it better than I can. I hope that changes with Declass. I would like to be more involved with an online community again.

My Joe story goes back to '82. Breaker was my first figure purchased as a graduation gift from pre-school at the tender age of 5. I have been hooked ever since. I collected pretty heavily through '87/'88, but then got more into comics. I still picked up a Joe here or there through '93. I got back into Joe with the Devil's Due comic and Joe v. Cobra in 2001/2002 and still collect to this day. My primary collecting interests are completing my vintage collection and picking up new stuff. I have a serious interest in the history of the line and love all of the pre-prod stuff, though I haven't put any serious money into that side of collecting. Maybe someday.

I also collect new Star Wars on occasion, MOTUC, and an occasional Marvel figure.
