Blowtorch reminds me of Fire Marshal Bill from "In Living Color" for some reason.

I'll definitely get him. I like him well enough.

I think that Jungle BAT would have made a better GIJOE character. I don't know if fans would have been more excited over this action figure had it been packaged/presented as the Joe team reprogrammed some captured BATs but I see a Joe when I look at him, not a COBRA. I'm undecided and leaning towards no.

I'll build up on those BATs. Blowtorch, is boring to me, but I am good for one - that's how I support the line.

I only want the green & tan Blowtorch.

Great images Gyre... it's like a story... using images... very cool. You can actually see/feel your passion for these figures from those pictures.

After con I had more respect for the Blowtorch figure... he just looks better than the original ME/25th Blowtorch... plus the new gear is great. Although I really don't love the choice of Blowtorch in these waves I can see why he's there some people had trouble finding Blowtorch at the end of the ME/25th line... and on the plus side now we get the concept color Blowtorch.

As far as the BAT's go well I love camo and I love BAT's so I'll be be getting a few of these guys

I like the BATs a lot and will definitely be picking up several for some jungle shots.

"Pork chop sandwiches!" Calling these figures POC is insulting to the first 4 waves, I was agape when I saw the pics for the first two 2011 waves. Could you imagine what a real POC Blowtorch and BAT could have looked like? I know they were just trying to keep the line going betwen 2010 POC and the Renegades release but man, was I disappointed. Maybe I just had an issue with the name and would have been fine with Hasbro calling it 30th Anniversary or something else.
That BAT's minigun looks like it would fit city Strike Destro better then the one that he came with, more space between the hand positioning. Isn't that Heavy Duty's gun from the ROC wave? (And the BAT looks like he is going to give Shadow Tracker's hair a cut with his pincher.)

Gyre's photo taking is the best it's ever looked, I have really been impressed with all of his most recent pictorials!
