I decided to put this up before it becomes an issue. For those that have known my opinions on collecting, and the Joe hobby as a while, for quite some time, this should come as no surprise. To others whom I have little experience with, these rules may be unexpected, but I expect them to be adhered to regardless:

1. There is NO SCALPING on Joe Declassified.
Let me reiterate: NO SCALPING.

To clarify, I define scalping as: Selling a modern, somewhat available item (on stores, or online) for significant markup, in excess of base costs, plus gas and time spent (reasonable). For example, if I see a Starscream Skystriker for sale on this site for more than approximately $60, then you are in violation of my rule. If you are in violation, your topic will be deleted. If you repeatedly engage in the practice, and I am deleting several of your threads, I will boot you.

If you have issues with this rule, recall that I own and pay for this site, not you. I will not allow you to use my effort and money in order for you to make money off of your fellow Joe collectors. Joe Declassified's primary purpose and drive is to help and aid each other as part of a brotherhood and community, NOT to leech off of said community like a parasite.
If you wish to sell such an item in such manner, you are free to use other sites to do so. The only thing you have to concern yourself with then is my opinion of you.
Until such events occur, I will continue to give you all the respect and friendship that you deserve. Hopefully (fingers crossed), I'll meet those of you I don't know at next year's show.

those are the rules and regulations of my Time Machine team. i completely agree with your terms. the world would be a better place if everyone worked that way.
