So, my firm currently has me stationed in Southern Arizona. Yeah, it's my home town, but I joined that particular organization to leave town, but that's the subject of another post... Anyway, the Target in Sierra Vista is getting in new Joes, but they are nothing past the Dusty wave of POC. Nothing newer since November! I thought it was just the fact I was three miles from the border in a dinky town, so I went to Targets in Tucson and Phoenix... same thing. Talked to the employees, they confirmed that they are getting shipments, but nothing past that Wave. I have talked to people on other boards who are seeing newer waves at Target around the country. Anyone have any ideas why I can't get Joes in Arizona?

As far as other chains, I don't shop at the Wal-Mart in town, but did go to Wally world in Tucson, and they had a similar problem. My local K-Mart doesn't carry Joes at all. Trying not to pay online prices (though I love you guys at Smalljoes... I am just cheap). What are you guys seeing out there?

It always seems as if this time of year is slow, although I confess that this year we seem to be pulling out of the post-Christmas glut a little slower than normal. Sometimes it's hard to tell, but I think it's amplified when there are new figures I want but can't seem to find (Shock-Vipers? Anyone?) Obviously, there's been doom and gloom predicated on a lot of sites over the last month as to the predisposition of the line at the major retailers (especially Wal-Mart) but I'm not one who shares in the opinion that things will evaporate completely. Hopefully we'll see renewed retailer support before summer arrives.

Im done shopping at Targets and Walmarts. First to many scalpers here in socal and there are never any new Joes here. I rather just buy my stuff online and save the gas!

Las Cruces, New Mexico Target? Same thing. Dusty and Destro. Grrr.

I've been seeing a lot of the Duke with the quad missiles on his back, but I did walk into a Target the other day and all of a sudden there's wave 1 Snake Eyes who I hadn't seen in months just chillin with Timber on the pegs.

Haven't seen a Shock Trooper since they first hit, Jungle Vipers can still be found every once in a while.
