I'm glad they went with a generic head for this instead of the vintage. There was nothing troop-y about the vintage, it looked like a unique character. This one at least looks like a troop builder.

I got 2 coming.

Its okay. Unlike Troy, I wished it had a vintage style helmet or something. Its close to the mark but just a tad short for me. I will still buy it of course as I want to support POC (bought that crappy spinning SE....). Maybe a running change will be in order??

I like this one more than I thought I would.

I'm going to experiment with some different heads when I get it. I have his wave pre-ordered from BBTS.

Aw, man. That was the one thing I was missing from him!

That said, I do like the generic head he's coming with here. And there's nothing stopping traditionalists from finding a creepy moustachioed head and swapping it on for a squad leader.

This one might be the sleeper hit of the whole wave for me.

I bought 2 each of that SE and SS. I think the RoC Target Wave 3 Glider Pilot Head will work out okay for me

Agreed. The original had his rockin' '80s 'stache. 8-)

As the Rock-Vipers are about as specialized as specialists get, I'll probably grab two to pair up with my two Jungle-Vipers. No sense loading up on dudes that don't get used as traditional infantry.
