That ARBCO playset would have been cool. At least we got the Toxo-Lab. Thanks for sharing some pictures.

Am I blind and missed the Lowlight image? You showed me for show prep but I can't find the e-mail. Regardless, the submachine gun looks different than the final produced gun and I think the extention on the leg was never removed hence the gimmick is lost. I didn't recognize the gun as being another figure's weapon but would need to see the photos again (assuming the slim chance all the other experts missed it ) The googled unproduced character art was produced in 1985? If so, that would have maded the final figure produced in 1987 and would make it in line with Battle Force 2000. One thing we as collectors need to constantly remind ourself is that this preproduction stuff was cancelled for a reason. I don't think he would have gone over very well. It would also make sense that because these designers put the effort into these drawings and were required to meet deadlines; they would most likely take what was successful (if anything) from failed designs and move forward with them in the hopes to minimize R&D costs. In this case, the arms went to Blocker and the legs went to Taurus (per Nova's insight).
Have constant patience and die a reason

Cough cough. If you read the show notes above and actually listened to the episode... you'd know the image for Low-Light is over at YoJoe.com.

These pics have really changed my mind on the Retaliation Crimson Guard. I was already planning to army-build the Night Viper, but until now I'd been planning to pass on the CG. Thanks for the awesome pics!
