My local Targets and especially Walmarts are overrun with Thor toys and leftover Iron Man items. Iron Man I understand..it has a great appeal to kids..but I'm not seeing it with Thor.

If IM led to mass pegwarming, what will it be like with Thor? I'm a comic fan and I don't even want to see Thor..how will it go over with the kids?

Green Lantern on the other hand, looks like it has promise.

X-Men: First Class I'm still on the fence with.

Captain America is going to be awesome...

And they can't make an Avengers, new Batman, Iron Man or JLA movie fast enough

I'm even open to GI Joe 2, with hopes that CC gets a hood.

I'm excited for any and all of the Marvel movies (and I don't even care about Avengers comics or most of the characters involved) the movies look fun and exciting. If they are anything like the IM and Incredible Hulk movies Marvel has recently made, I'm 100% on board.

For years, I have been completely biased against all DC characters (except for the Batman universe) But I rece3ntly started watching the DC animated movies and am now pretty excited for the Green Lantern movie (Even if I really don't like the green metallic painted toys on the TRU shelves)

Waitin' to see the Captain!

Cap is the only one that I'm making plans to see in the theater. But I hope the others are all good and keep the movie machine rolling.

I am excited for Cap, when the Super Bowl ad aired I was hooked. Green Lantern looks very cool now that I saw the "more finished" Wondercon footage. I still think Ryan Reynolds would be a better Kyle than Hal. Thor is still bugging me a little, but it's still a see in the theater. First Class is a full on pass for me though.

I'm immensely anticipating Thor and I hope to the fanboy demi-gods it's glorious!

I even bought a yellow hat to go with green and yellow Ralph Laurens for Preppy Loki when I go see it. I'm embarrassing, I know, but it's part of my charm.

I plan to see Cap and X-Men and possibly Green Lantern, though I'm a Marvel and not a DC. But Thor is by a wide margin the one I'm most excited for. I've always been more of a sword-and-sorcery>sci-fi guy, but I like how they seem to have made the Asgardians simply a super-advanced race of humans or aliens or something living in the proximity of Earth. I sincerely hope it's a good film AND that it's well-received.
